Fried rice topped with spinach

Being that tomorrow is payday ( not like that really means anything, this whole check is going to bills) our refrigerator and pantry are quite bare. I intended to make a typical asian stir-fry but we had about a tablespoon of soy sauce left and no veggies. We did however have spinach that I didn't use for the spinach pockets I made for Halloween.I decided to fry the rice with the little bit of soy sauce we had as well as with a little bit of garlic,crushed red peppers,garlic powder,pepper and salt. I then sauteed the spinach in olive oil with the same seasonings. It was pretty delicious =)
