Seans been wanting bagels so I decided to re-try the recipe from vegan with a vengeance (this time I had vital wheat gluten and sesame seeds).They turned out better than I could have imagined!

Works slowing down, In all honesty It's pretty much come to a halt. More time on my hands and a copy of Veganomicon that my parents got me for Christmas(You guys are the best!) what more could a girl ask for?! Well maybe money to buy ingredients or a miracle drug to make her a little less lazy.

Sean and I have two days off a week together now which is AWESOME. Time to be with each other and help the animals at Heritage Humane Society.

The piglet I donated my measly 10$ to help is officially healthy!!
